The offices are fantastic, very, very cool. A lovely restaurant for staff located inside, with a games room, chill-out areas, nice and brightly decorated in a very smart area of London.
This agency is primarily shopper focused, although they work on fully integrated accounts, in collaboration with the other agencies in the offices.
Their clients include leaders in Retail and FMCG.
The account they want the new Account Director to work on is a leading FMCG Retailer.
It is a huge national campaign, covering all of the in-store marketing activity. This includes POS, SP, customer journey, etc.
The client is one of the worlds largest FMCG retailers, with 450 outlets in the UK alone.
A key part of the job will be for the Account Director to ensure that all comms at a local level are delivered ion brand, financial management, training and mentoring the junior members of the account team, which includes 2 Account Managers and 2 Account Executives, with the Business Director being the main report.
This role requires an Account Director or very strong Senior Account Manager to be seasoned in shopper marketing, preferably on retail and/or FMCG accounts.
Experience in customer journey, in-store marketing, POS, POP, SP, the entire shopper marketing experience would be ideal, however customer journey and SP are vital.
