In order to fulfil our legal and business obligations we collect your Personal Data such as your name, address, company details, telephone numbers, email address and, if you are a candidate, information you supply to us on your CV. The provision of your Personal Data is required in order for us to assess your suitability, qualifications and skills, not only for current work assignments/vacancies but also for assignments/vacancies which we think may be of interest to you in the future. Failure to provide this mandatory data may prohibit Elite Digital Resourcing Limited from providing the requested service.

If we are successful in placing you with our clients, we shall also request and hold copies of documentation showing your legal right work in the UK, proof of address, references and for contract assignments copies of certificate of incorporation/VAT Certificate and proof of insurance.

We may also record any relevant information gathered during telephone calls or email correspondence.
